- Eligibility:
This is an open, juried competition for paintings under 20×20 inches, where the principal medium is oil paint, acrylic, casein, tempera or other mediums used to represent oil painting.

Delivery of Accepted Works: Friday and Sat. April 10,11, 2015, 1:00 – 5:00 at PSC or ship to PSC with return postage.

- Jurors:
- Dale O. Roberts has worked primarily in the encaustic medium for over 30 years with a significant portion of work carried out in gouache, graphite and a variety of other techniques. He has paintings in many public and private collections including Rutgers University Museum.
- Rita Siemienski Smith is an imaginative artist who uses color and line to produce surface patterns and textures that convey nature, abstracted or suggested, in her paintings. Rita received her BFA from Moore College of Art and Design and also studied at the Philadelphia College of Art.
- Elizabeth Wilson graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and attended the Corcoran School of Art and the University of Pennsylvania. In 2009 Rosemont College held a retrospective of her work.
